——As defined by founder Calvin Law, sound is far from simple. It is not merely a component of music, but a unique tone in its own right.
BRAND CONCEPT
Through in-depth communication with the founder of OPSONUS, we learned that various audio cables available on the market typically carry specific sonic characteristics that often end up degrading audio systems, resulting in poor sound quality. Simply put, an unbalanced tone distorts the authentic sound, depriving listeners of the perfect audio experience.

The Flow of Time, A Feast for the Five Senses
As we conceptualized OPSONUS’s brand identity, our minds were immersed in music.
From the melodies, we discerned aquatic, chypre and citrus notes. Music, words and nature are all mediums that connect the five senses; a balanced sound can instantly transport you to a specific memory, a unique scene.
If tones can weave together to form music, can music depict space, and in turn, give tangible, sensory expression to the emotions of an environment?
Like the faint stir of spring lingering in the air, music tells the story of spring, offering an experience that transcends mere smell. A professional audio system delivers magnificent music—not only revealing the intricate structural layers behind it, but also expressing the poetry and grace of negative space.
This train of thought led us to the audio frequency curve, and further to the perfect balance of musical notes—the 42-degree golden ratio.
Thus, we crafted the OPSONUS logo to form a single audio frequency curve, creating a modern design with a tactile sense of ease—a manifestation of the brand’s pursuit of quality, balance and aesthetic refinement.
Imagine the pluck of a guqin string beneath an eave, musical notes carved into profound textures by time; sitting quietly on the grass, greeted by the timely chime of morning bells and evening drums; a magpie’s chirp fading into the air, its form gone when you look up. Looking out, a gentle breeze rustles the leaves, their fresh green hues seemingly within reach.
"Naked" is undoubtedly the perfect descriptor for professional audio. It is the faint warmth a leaf feels when you reach out to touch the music.
The artistic conception of the logo arises naturally from this vision.

When designing the brand’s graphic identity, we focused on the founder’s core belief: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication".
Hence the design—where the sounds of rivers and wildlife flow with a golden softness.
To encounter the logo is to encounter sound itself. Pure, unadulterated sound guides you to wander through space, to observe, to pause in quiet, to envision the forms of nature, letting mountains and seas wrap around the hustle and bustle of the digital world.
